一带一路 One Belt and One Road

We should prepare timetables and road maps for the coming years for the 'One Belt and One Road' project as soon as possible.
【背景】2013年9月，习近平在访问哈萨克斯坦提出构建“丝绸之路经济带” (Silk Road Economic Belt)。
同年10月，习近平在出席亚太经济合作组织(APEC)领导人非正式会议期间，倡议愿和东盟(Association of Southeast Asian Nations)共同建设“21世纪海上丝绸之路”(the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road)。
“一带一路”的构想一经提出，便在同年11月份的十八届三中全会上被写入《中共中央关于全面深化改革若干重大问题的决定》，正式成为国家战略(national strategy)。
“一带一路”是习近平担任中国最高领导人之后提出的重要国际性合作倡议(international cooperation initiative)之一。 “一带一路”顺应了全球化(globalization)趋势和各国抱团取暖、共同合作(cooperation)的愿望，有着良好的发展前景(prospect)。 |
