习近平通过使用“扣子论”(button theory)指出，一个人如果只想积累财富，那么他就不应该成为政府工作人员。
习近平鼓励青年根据他们的个性(individuality)、兴趣(interests)和价值观(values)做出正确的人生选择(make the right choice in life)。 他还提醒公务员(civil servants)，他们的义务是为人民服务(serve the people)，而不是利用职务便利谋取私利(taking advantage of their posts to make money on the sly)。他还称，贪官(corrupt officials)总有一天会关进牢笼(end up in prison)。 |
