一只小螃蟹正横着爬，模样很怪趣。坐在石头旁的大螃蟹看见了，对他说：“我的小朋友，你究竟想到哪儿去？是去北方、南方、东方还是西方？ ” “我只想到那池塘去。”小螃蟹喘着气说。 “那你向前直走啊，不是方便许多吗？ ”大螃蟹说，“如果你再如此横着爬，恐怕无法到达那里呢！ ” 小螃蟹说：“你的话不错，不过假如你能给我一个直走的样子看看，我一定会照着你的样子走。” 大螃蟹开始给他示范了，可是他怎么试也不行，正如刚才他所言，到底要到北方、南方、东方还是西方？ 小螃蟹说道：“算啦！看样子我还是要横着爬呢，因为我们家族最大的螃蟹都无法向前直走！ ” 对小螃蟹的不服，大螃蟹也就无话可说了。 故事哲理 责人还须先责己！不只父母教育子女如此，主管领导部属也是如此，能以实际行动作为榜样，胜过无数的训示和讲解 The Big Crab and the Little Crab A little crab was crawling sideways awkwardly.
