One day，the master put equal loads on them for a trip. The donkey was indignant about the work distribution. He said，“ My feed is only half as much as the mule’s，but my share of burden is the same as his. It is not fair. ” They walked some distance and the donkey began to show fatigue. The master shifted some of his loads to the mule. After another leg of the journey the donkey became listless. The master again lightened his burden. Finally the donkey found himself entirely free of loads. Then the mule said to him glaringly, “Will you complain now about my feed doubling yours?” The donkey could say nothing. The story tells us that we should not comment a person’s capability in a hurry. We usually have two kinds of work，that is routine and special tasks. A person who undertakes the latter is better rewarded. The higher the wage，the harder the job, and consequently the heavier the pressure it involves. Some of the people who do the routine job complain they are less paid.
