从前，猴妈妈和她的两个孩子一家三口住在一棵大树顶上。妹妹叫麦斯蒂，哥哥叫迈特。 一天早晨，妈妈起床准备做香蕉面包当早餐，但香焦吃完了。她来到迈特的房间告诉他没有香蕉了，让他去采集一些香蕉，但提醒他天黑之前必须回来，否则猎豹会吃掉他。 迈特离开家，四处寻找香蕉，直到下午3:00还没有找到香蕉。这时他看见了弗雷德，一只聪明的青蛙。迈特决定向弗雷德打听哪儿有香蕉。弗雷德告诉他有一座香蕉城。“但是天黑之前必须回来，否则，猎豹会吃掉你。”弗雷德说。 于是，迈特出发去找香蕉城。下午4:30，他终于找到了香蕉城。城里所有的东西都是用香蕉做的。他根本就不想离开这里。留在这儿他永远也不会挨饿。他坐在香蕉椅上，吃起香蕉来。其实，因为有黑豹和美洲豹的保护，猎豹是无法进入香蕉城的。 下午5:30，弗雷德跑来告诉迈特说：“我知道你在想什么，你可能认为不会发生什么危险。不过，我可以让我的一个黑豹朋友护送你回家。你也可以待在这儿，但是如果那样，你就会受到诅咒，三天内你会死去。” 听到这儿，迈特急忙跟黑豹跑回了家。他跑得飞快，到家时才5:45。他把自己的奇遇告诉了家里人，并提议每天去香蕉城采购。从此，他们过着幸福的生活。 Banana City Once upon a time there was a monkey family of three， the mama and her children, rhe baby sister was named Misty, and the big brother’s name was Matt. They all lived in their treetop home. One day when mama awoke in the morning to make banana bread for breakfast, there were no bananas. She went into Matt’s room and told him the whole story. She asked him to go searching for bananas, but warned him that he must be back before dark or the cheetahs would eat him. Off Matt wandered, and it wasn't until 3:00pm that he found Fred，the wise frog and decided to ask him if he knew where any bananas were. Fred told him about Banan- a City. “Be back home before dark or the cheetahs will eat you. ” Off Matt strolled in search of Banana City. At 4:30pm he finally found Banana City. Everything was made out of bananas. He didn’t even want to think about leaving. He would never be hungry again if he stayed. There he sat in his banana chair eating bananas. As it turned out no cheetahs could get in there because leopards and panthers protected it. At 5：30 pm Fred came to tell Matt something. “I know what you are thinking.”said Fred，“You probably think that nothing bad will happen. Well，I could ask one of my panther friends to walk you home，or you can stay But a horrible curse will live on you. That can make you die in three days. ” Hearing this，Matt raced back home with the pantiler by his side. In fact, he ran so fast that he was home 5:45pm. He told his family about his adventures. He said that they vshould go shopping at Banana City everyday. From then on they lived happily ever after. |
