男人醒来躺在医院的病床上，并叫他的医生。他问医生，“直接告诉我，我还有多少时间？”医生说他也许只能生存到夜晚。他接着说，“叫我的律师来。”当律师来了，他的医生站在床的一侧，而律师站在另外一侧。然后他躺回床上，闭上眼睛。沉默了几分钟，医生问他是怎么想的。这人说：“耶稣死了，站在两边的都是小偷。我想我将会是同样的方式。” A man woke up in a hospital bed and called for his doctor. He asked, "Give it to me straight. How long have I got?" The physician replied that he doubted that the man would survive the night. The man then said, "Call for my lawyer." When the lawyer arrived, the man asked for his physician to stand on one side of the bed, while the lawyer stood on the other. The man then laid back and closed his eyes. When he remained silent for several minutes, the physician asked what he had in mind. The man replied "Jesus died with a thief on either side. I just thought I will be the same way." |
