有个农夫，有很多牲畜。他有牛，马，鸡，猪，牛。一天，一个可怕的龙卷风来了，他和他的家人只能藏在附近的沟里。当这一切都结束了，他抬头看了看，房子不见了。他走出去，看看是否有任何的动物幸存。马，鸡，猪，牛都没有了。但是那群公牛还站在那里！农夫很惊奇，问他们，“其他所有的动物都被刮倒了，你们还能在吗？”公牛回答道，“我们公牛只是在风中抖动，但我们不会被风刮倒！” There was a farmer who had a lot of live stock. He had cows, horses, chickens, pigs, and bulls. One day a terrible twister came and the man and his family were only saved by throwing themselves in the nearest ditch. After it was all over, he looked up to see that the house was gone. Saddened by the loss, he went out to see if any of the animals had survived. The horses, chickens, pigs, and cows were laid out flat but the bulls were standing! The farmer was amazed and asked them, "How is it that all the other animals are down and you are still standing?" The bulls replied, "We bulls wobble but we don't fall down!" |
