一位先生开车去上班，因为避让从一辆卡车上掉到他面前的一个箱子，不得不猛打方向盘。
几秒钟后，一个警察拦住了他，说他是鲁莽驾驶。
幸运的是，另一名警官在路上找到了那个纸箱。警察拦住交通和打开了箱子。发现里面含有大型的装饰钉。
“对不起，先生，”第一个警官对司机说：“我还是要给你开罚单。”
司机问为什么，警官回答道：“客观事实的逃避。”
Driving to work, a gentlman had to swerve to avoid a box that fell out of a truck in front of him.
Seconds later, a policeman pulled him over for reckless driving.
Fortunately, another officer had seen the carton in the road. The policmen stopped traffic and recovered the box. It was found to contain large upholstery tacks.
"I'm sorry sir," the first trooper told the driver, "but I am still going to have to write you a ticket." Amazed, the driver asked for what. The trooper replied, "Tacks evasion."
