威廉太太有两个儿子,一个假期的早晨，她的小儿子来要糖果。“糖果对你的牙齿不好，把这两个橘子拿去吃，一个给你哥哥。”其中一个橘子比另一个大的多，小男孩把大的那一个留给自己，把小的那个给了他的哥哥。哥哥看到弟弟自己留下一个大的桔子，就说，“把大的留给自己很自私。如果妈妈给我橘子，我会把大的给你。“我知道你会的，”他的弟弟说“这就是为什么我把大的留下来。”
 
Mrs. William had two sons  One morning during the holidays,, her younger son came and asked for some sweets."Sweets are bad for your teeth, Take these two oranges instead , and give one to your elder brother," One of the oranges is quite a lot bigger than the other one ,and as the small boy liked oranges very much, he kept that one for himself, and gave his brother the smaller one. When the other boy saw that his brother had a much larger orange than his own ,he said to him, "It's selfish to take the bigger one for yourself. If mother had given me the oranges, I'd have given you the bigger one."   "I know you would," answered his brother." That's why I took bigger one."
